On-time Delivery Guarantee
 fabric-custom.com is  provide On-time Delivery guarantees for each product sold on fabric-custom.com.
If you have purchased a product on fabric-custom.com but didn't receive your products within the  stated delivery time, you are eligible for a full refund.
Scope of Guarantee
fabric-custom.com are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days (90 days for deliveries to Russia). If you buy any product through the site, you are protected if you don't receive products within the time.

Full refunds are not available for the following circumstances:
1. Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
2. Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by natural disaster)
3. Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of fabric-custom.com
 

Guaranteed Protection Period
1. You can normally only submit refund requests before order completion; you can find the order completion time in your order details.
2. If the product has the Longer Protection guarantee, the period is up to 10 days after order completion.
 
Buyer's Rights
If you still don't receive your purchase within the guaranteed delivery time, you can get a full refund.

The following situations are not included if you completed your order:
1.    You confirmed your order was delivered, but in fact didn’t receive anything
2.    You didn't receive anything, but also didn't submit a refund request before order completion, and the order exceeds confirmation timeframe.

If the seller provides the Longer Protection guarantee, you may ask for refund up to 10 days after order completion.

Conditions for Submitting Refund Requests
1. You didn't receive your purchase within the guaranteed delivery time.
2. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid for the item on fabric-custom.com.
3. Requests should be submitted during the protection period.
4. If you submit a refund request before the order is complete and then mark it as resolved, you cannot submit another refund request within 10 days of order completion, even it has Longer Protection guarantee.

 

Returns & Refund Guarantee

When you receive a product that was bought and paid for on our site, and you find it is not as described or is of low quality, you can contact the seller to resolve these problems (according to the seller's set of returns guarantees).
You will then be able to request a full refund and return the item, or keep the item and agree a partial refund with seller.

2. Items that are received not as described, but the buyer didn't submit a refund request before order completion and outside the confirmation timeframe.

You    can only request a refund if the seller provides the Longer Protection guarantee on this product. You have up to 10 days after order completion to do so.

4.    If you submit a refund request before the order is complete and then mark that order as completed – you cannot submit another refund request for another 10, even it has a Longer Protection guarantee. If, however, the reason for your refund request is ‘I didn’t receive anything’ and the result is ‘payment released to the seller’, you still can submit refund request within that 10 days if the product is not as described.
